Understanding the 4 Different Types of PCOS

WEEK 1

Did you know there are actually 4 types of PCOS? We start things off by taking a real deep dive into the condition and teaching you how to identify the specific type of PCOS you have.

Nutrition for PCOS - Part 1

WEEK 2

In our first nutrition session we focus on the foods that can help with one of the most important factors of PCOS – balancing your blood sugar. You’ll also learn all about how nutrition can help you reduce androgens and cortisol.

Nutrition for PCOS - Part 2

WEEK 3

We then move on to talking about the importance of liver and gut health and also learn about the foods we can add into our diet (and the ones to avoid) to reduce inflammation. 

Lifestyle for PCOS

WEEK 4

All our programmes focus on a holistic approach to reproductive health. In Week 4 we talk about the lifestyle factors – from exercise to sleep – that can help you manage your PCOS symptoms.

Mindset and PCOS

WEEK 5

We know that PCOS can impact your mental health as well as your physical health. Le’Nise harnesses her experience as a yoga teacher to empower you with the knowledge to reduce stress and feel more grounded.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t have an official PCOS diagnosis, is this programme for me?

It can be quite complex to get a firm diagnosis of PCOS, so if you still feel in the dark, you are not alone. We’ve had women on the programme before who were unsure of their diagnosis, but through the course they confirmed not only that they have PCOS, but which type of PCOS you have. 

The course will not only empower you with the knowledge to take control of any symptoms you are experiencing, but it will also give you the confidence to talk to your doctor again and get the support you need. 

If you are unsure about your diagnosis, it might be a good idea to look at either our “Know You” or “Get Personal” packages, which both include a blood test.

Is the programme live or self-paced?

The weekly webinars are live on Wednesday evenings GMT. Whilst Le’Nise is based in the UK we had people join from all over the world! 

But if you miss one of the live sessions there is no need to worry.  We will send you a recording of the webinar so you can watch at your own pace. 

The in-depth course guide is packed full of information that you can read and digest in your own time, but the webinars are a great opportunity to ask Le’Nise any questions you may have and interact with the other women in your group.

I can’t make all the sessions, can I still join?

Of course! Whilst it’s great if you can join most of the sessions, each webinar is recorded and can be sent to you at your request. 

I’m not trying to get pregnant, is this programme for me?

Definitely. Whilst fertility is often a concern for people with PCOS, we know that it’s not the whole story – and it’s not the focus of this course. Everything you learn will be valuable and transformative, regardless of whether you are thinking about starting a family or not.
