How to use it

The Three Mint Tea is the perfect energising way to start your day, or you can simply make yourself a cup whenever you need soothing comfort.

The Magnesium and Probiotic – Take 1-2 capsules with or after food – maximum 2 capsules a day. For your probiotic you can even take the capsules apart and sprinkle them on your food!

The patches are an incredibly flexible option for pain relief. Cut to the size of your affected area and apply wherever you need it – day or night. Remove with warm water and dispose.
