WEEK 1
Pregnancy after loss is different to any other pregnancy – and we understand that. We start the programme by identifying the complex emotions that come with this new pregnancy and techniques to cope with them.
WEEK 2
Self care is always important through pregnancy, but with pregnancy after a loss – it’s essential. This practical session will explain why techniques like journaling, mindfulness, gratitude can all help you on your pregnancy journey.
WEEK 3
Communication and support are crucial during this time. In this session we’ll explore these relationships and show you how to express – to those closest to you and your medical team – what you need during this pregnancy.
WEEK 4
From nutrition to movement, learning how to nurture your body whilst pregnant can also have a huge impact on your mental wellbeing.
WEEK 5
As the programme comes to a close, this is a chance to reflect on all you’ve learned. We also help you create a routine for each week of pregnancy that can help you find joy and calm whilst you wait for baby to arrive.

I’m not pregnant yet, but I am trying to be, is this programme for me?
This programme focuses on people who are experiencing anxiety through pregnancy but we also run a TTC After Loss programme that focuses more specifically on the challenges you might be facing.
I’m already halfway through my pregnancy, is this programme for me?
Yes definitely. Whilst for many people the fear and anxiety reduces as the pregnancy progresses, we know that it never really stops until your baby is in your arms. The techniques you learn in the programme will not only help you through pregnancy, but can also be helpful as you move into motherhood – so it’s never too late to join us.
I think I might be dealing with depression or PTSD, is this programme right for me?
Research has shown that many women struggle with mental health issues after pregnancy loss, so you’re not alone. If you think you may be suffering from PTSD, it is important to speak to your doctor as soon as possible – they will be able to help you. Whilst this course may help ease some of the emotional burden of pregnancy loss, PTSD requires specific medical attention.
Is the programme live or self-paced?
The weekly webinars are live on Wednesday evenings GMT. Whilst our experts are based in the UK we had people join us from all over the world. If you miss one session don’t worry. We will send you a recording of the session so you can watch at your own pace.
The in-depth course guide is packed full of information and tools that you can read and digest in your own time, but the webinars are a great opportunity to ask our experts any questions you may have and process emotions that may have come up with a group of women who know what you’re going through.
I can’t make all the sessions, can I still join?
Of course! We do recommend you attend as many sessions as possible to get the most value from our experts, but if you miss one or two – that’s fine.
We don’t record the sessions as standard, but in the past we have asked the group if they minded us recording particular sessions people are missing, so we can send a copy to them.
Do you offer payment plans?
We want to make sure everyone can access this course, regardless of their financial situation. If you feel like you can’t pay the full fee upfront, get in touch at hello@myparla.com and we will be able to tell you more about our payment plans.
Don’t hesitate to start a conversation, we aim to reply within 24 hours :)
